1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the parrot arrives in poor health or is deceased upon arrival.
- If the wrong parrot species or a significantly different parrot than what was ordered is delivered.
- If the delivery does not occur within the promised timeframe due to reasons within our control.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after the parrot has been shipped.
- Any illness or health issues arising after 48 hours of delivery unless documented as a pre-existing condition.
2. Return Policy
Given the nature of live animal sales, we have a no-return policy for African Grey Parrots. We take utmost care to ensure that our parrots are healthy and well cared for before shipping. Once the parrot has been delivered, we encourage new owners to ensure a suitable environment for the parrot’s health and well-being.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parrot. Include details and any supporting documents (such as photos or videos) showing the issue.
- After reviewing your claim, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Health Guarantee
All African Grey Parrots come with a 48-hour health guarantee. We guarantee that our parrots are healthy and free from illness at the time of sale. If a health issue is detected within this period, we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund if applicable.
5. Shipping Issues
In case of any issues related to shipping, such as:
- Delays beyond the estimated delivery date.
- Parrot arriving in poor condition due to transportation. Please notify us immediately, and we will address the situation accordingly.
